Frequently asked questions

Should we choose a desktop app or a web app?

If you need to talk directly to hardware such as printers, barcode scanners or scales, keep working when the internet drops, or enter data very quickly all day, a desktop app is the right choice. Without those needs a web app is usually easier to roll out; we tell you honestly which fits during discovery.

Which operating systems will the app run on?

With Tauri or Electron we ship Windows, macOS and Linux versions from a single codebase. For Windows-only corporate environments we build native line-of-business software with .NET and WPF.

Can it work without an internet connection?

Yes. We build an offline-first architecture on a local database; when the connection returns, data syncs safely with the central system. Work continues even when the connection does not.

How do updates reach users?

Signed installers and an auto-update pipeline deliver new versions to users automatically, so nobody has to walk from machine to machine installing them.

Not sure which service fits?

Describe your goal in a sentence or two; we will suggest the shortest sensible path.
