This policy explains which personal data Fuldor ("we") processes when you visit this website or contact us, why we process it, and which rights you have. It is written with both the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in mind.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Fuldor, based in Tekirdağ, Türkiye. For any privacy-related question or request, contact us at info@fuldor.com.
2. Data we process
Contact form: name, email address, company (optional), phone (optional), service interest, budget range (optional), your message, the site language you used and the time of submission.
Usage statistics: the pages you visit, where you came from, device and browser type, approximate location (country and city level) and interactions on the site (for example clicks on contact links or sending the form). Google Analytics 4 collects these. With your consent, your visits are linked by a random identifier stored in a cookie. Until you make a choice, no cookie is used and Google receives only cookieless counting signals that carry no identifier. From the moment you decline, nothing is sent. Your name, email address and message are never sent to Google Analytics.
Technical data: our hosting and content-delivery providers keep short-lived server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and reliability.
Preferences: your theme (light/dark), language and cookie choices are stored only in your browser and never sent to us.
3. Why we process it
To answer your inquiry and prepare a proposal, to operate and secure this website, to measure how the site is used so we can improve it, to meet legal obligations, and, only where you have clearly asked for it, to keep you informed about our services.
4. Legal basis
Under KVKK Art. 5 and GDPR Art. 6, we rely on: steps prior to entering into a contract (answering your inquiry), our legitimate interest in running a secure website and in measuring how it is used, and your explicit consent. Analytics cookies and cookie-based measurement rely on your consent alone, which you can withdraw at any time. The cookieless counting signals sent before you make a choice rely on our legitimate interest and stop when you choose "Decline". We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
5. Retention
Contact submissions are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted. Usage statistics in Google Analytics are kept for at most 14 months and then deleted by Google. Technical logs are retained only for the short periods our providers need for security. We keep data longer only where a law requires it.
6. Sharing & processors
We never sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run this website, under data-processing agreements: hosting, managed database, content delivery/security and Google Analytics for measurement (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC). These providers may process data in data centres inside and outside Türkiye and the EU, including the United States; where they do, recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses apply.
7. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR Arts. 15–21 you may: learn whether we process your data, request a copy, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing, request restriction, and ask for your data in a portable format.
To exercise any right, email info@fuldor.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK) or your local EU supervisory authority.
8. Cookies & embedded content
This site sets no advertising cookies. Google Analytics 4 cookies (those starting with _ga) are set only if you choose "Accept" in the cookie notice, and are kept for at most 2 years. Until you make a choice, the measurement code runs without cookies; if you decline, it stops at once and does not load on later pages. You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page; the analytics cookies are then deleted.
Only functional browser storage is used for your theme, language and cookie preferences.
The map on our contact page loads from Google Maps only after you click to activate it. From that moment Google may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
